We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from FANY LOVE! Please review our policy carefully: 


📜 Key Return Details:


Store Credit or Size Exchange Only: We offer store credit or size exchanges for all eligible returns. As a small business, we're not able to provide refunds.


 Timeframes:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. You have 4 days to ship the item back after your return is approved.


Late Returns:

Items shipped back outside of the 4-day return window (after approval) will be returned to the sender.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or size exchange:


 • Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more (including all sale items).


 • Accessories


 • Swimwear


 • Shoes


 • Merch


Condition of Returned Items:


To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. This means:


 • With original tags attached.


 • Buttoned up and folded appropriately.


 • Free of excessive human or animal hair.


 • Free of smoke smell.


 • Free of makeup marks or smears.


>Note: Items returned with makeup, smoke, or excessive hair issues may not receive full credit.


⚠️ Denied Returns & Restocking Fee:

 • If returned items do not meet the above condition requirements, the return may be denied.


 • If items are not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.


💔 Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:


 1. Please contact customer care at (hello@shopfanylove.com) within 2 days of receiving the item.


 2. Include a photo of the damage in your email.


 3. If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.


💡 Important Considerations:

 • (FANY LOVE) is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.


Color/Pattern Variation:

The exact colors of merchandise may vary slightly due to photography lighting or computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary slightly. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


 • If your return is damaged upon arrival back to us, you will have the option to buy another shipping label to have the item returned to you.


🔒 Return Limits Policy (Small Business Note):


Because our boutique features limited inventory, small-batch collections, and fast-moving seasonal styles, our return policy is designed to reflect the unique nature of our offerings and the number of returns we can realistically accommodate each month. This helps us maintain fairness and sustainability while continuing to offer new, fresh pieces that our customers love.


Limit: Customers are limited to a maximum of returning 7 items per month.


As a small business, we simply can't absorb the costs of unlimited returns. This limit ensures we can manage our inventory effectively, prevent bulk ordering with the intent to return, and keep our prices reasonable without adopting the practices of large retailers.
